A total of 56 Master Trainer vacancies are available. Candidates with 16 years of education along with B.Ed/M.Ed and relevant teaching experience are eligible to apply. Candidates holding MS, M.Phil or MA Education qualifications will be preferred.

PEF Master Trainer Eligibility Criteria- PEF Jobs 2026

Candidates must fulfill the following requirements:

• Minimum 16 years of education with B.Ed/M.Ed from an HEC-recognized university.
• Candidates having MS/M.Phil/MA Education will be given preference.
• Only one second division is allowed throughout the academic career.
• Candidates must not have any third division.
• Minimum 2 years of teaching experience is required.
• Experience as a Master Trainer or Teacher Trainer will be preferred.
• Candidate must have a Punjab domicile.
• Candidates can apply only for the district of their own domicile.
• Experience from Board-affiliated schools or registered school chains will be considered.
• Unpaid, freelance and part-time teaching experience will not be accepted.
• Candidates should have excellent communication and pedagogical skills.

Salary and Contract

Selected candidates will receive a salary of Rs. 112,500 per month, along with other allowances according to the PEF HR Manual.

The appointment will initially be made on a one-year contract, which may be extended subject to satisfactory performance and organizational requirements.

Step 1: Online Registration
Candidates should register online through CTS Pakistan before 14 September 2026 at 05:00 PM.

Step 2: Deposit Processing Fee
Deposit the non-refundable processing fee at any Bank of Punjab (BOP) branch using the prescribed account:

The fee must be deposited by 14 September 2026.

Step 3: Send Required Documents
The required documents must reach CTS through post/courier by 18 September 2026 at 05:00 PM.

Required documents include:

• Latest CV
• Original bank deposit slip
• NOC, where applicable
• Attested Punjab domicile
• Two passport-size photographs
• Attested copy of CNIC
• Attested academic certificates/degrees
• Attested experience certificates

Candidates should carefully ensure that the required documents are submitted in hard copy within the prescribed deadline.

Written Test and Shortlisting

The recruitment process will include shortlisting/written testing through CTS Pakistan. Candidates are required to obtain at least 50% marks in the test to qualify for the interview stage.

No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in the test or interview.
