Available Trainee Areas- Management Trainee Program
1. Trainee Engineers – Technical Areas
Candidates interested in technical engineering positions must have a BE/BS/BSc Engineering degree in one of the following disciplines:
- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electronics Engineering
- Chemical Engineering
Candidates must have a minimum CGPA of 2.0 or 60% marks from a recognized university and must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC).
2. Management Trainee Program – Support Functions
Management Trainees are required for the following support functions:
- Finance
- IT
- C&P
- HR
- CS
Eligible candidates should have one of the following qualifications:
- MBA
- MPA
- ACCA
- BSc
- CA Finalist
- BBA (Hons)
- Equivalent qualification
Candidates must have a minimum CGPA of 2.0 or 60% marks from a university recognized by the Higher Education Commission (HEC).
General Eligibility Criteria
Applicants should meet the following requirements:
- Must be a fresh graduate.
- Age should be around 25 years.
- Should have excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Must possess good computer skills.
- Relevant educational requirements must be fulfilled.
- Engineering candidates must have PEC registration.
