Sargodha University trainers Eligibility Criteria

The specific qualifications and experience requirements vary slightly depending on the trainer position. However, some general criteria include:

For Technical Fields

(e.g., Graphic Design, E-Commerce, Web Development, AI, Cyber Security/Python):

• Minimum 16 years of education with a degree in Computer Sciences/Management Sciences/Social Sciences/Electrical and Telecom Engineering/General Sciences/Commerce/Finance or related fields from an HEC recognized University, foreign or local institute.
• Relevant professional certifications will be an added advantage.
• Proven practical experience in the relevant field is often required (specific years mentioned in the image for some roles).

For Content & Digital Marketing Fields

(e.g., Content Marketing, SEO & Advertising, Social Media Marketing, VA & Office Automation, Video Editing, YouTube Automation):

• Minimum 16 years of education from an HEC recognized University.
• A well-reputed profile or professional freelance work experience with a well-reputed profile or freelancing portals or a proven experience in case of direct clients is often preferred. Teaching/training experience will be preferred.
• Specific experience requirements (e.g., minimum years) are mentioned for some roles in the image.

Key Responsibilities of a Trainer at Sargodha University:

As a Trainer at the E-Rozgaar Training Center, your main responsibilities will include:

• Conducting engaging and informative training sessions as per the schedule for respective domains.
• Teaching students freelancing and proposal writing skills.
• Creating profiles of all students on freelancing portals.
• Teaching different tools as per student domains.  
• Delivering lectures based on the designed course curriculum.
• Taking quizzes and assignments to assess student learning.
• Submitting a final report containing success stories of students from each batch to the center.
• Maintaining student attendance records.
• Conducting awareness sessions when applications are open for centers.
• Preparing course outlines and updating course curriculum as per need.
• Participating in events to generate new applications.

Not Part of Basic Responsibilities (But Encouraged):

• Students freelancing profiles on freelancing portals, number of Students Earning and Total Earning of every batch.
• Managing freelancing challenges by engaging students with course content and knowledge.
• Providing guidance to trainees on freelancing portals and helping/supporting them how to manage profiles.
• Taking makeup classes as per the requirement.
• Conducting awareness sessions when applications are open for centers.
• Efficient in online and physical modules (if required).
• Submit student earning details, profiles on freelancing portals and reports at the end of every batch.  

How to Apply for Trainer at Sargodha University:

Interested and qualified candidates are encouraged to apply by following these steps:

1. Download the Application Form: The prescribed application form (BS-17 & Above) can be downloaded from the University of Sargodha website:
2. Complete the Form: Carefully fill out all the required information in the application form.
3. Attach Required Documents: Ensure you attach attested photocopies of all relevant educational testimonials, experience certificates, your most recent passport-size photographs (two required), your CNIC, and a bank draft/University Challan Form of Rs. 1,500/- (non-refundable) to be deposited under the Head of Income of the University of Sargodha. Applications without the processing fee will not be entertained.
4. Submit Your Application: Send your complete application package to the following address: The Closing Date for submission of applications in the office of Dean, Faculty of Computing & IT is 02.06.2025.

Important General Instructions:

• Only shortlisted candidates will be called for a test/interview.
• Applications received after the closing date will not be entertained under any circumstances.
• Incomplete applications shall not be entertained.
• Any information provided by the candidate in his/her application form is found to be incorrect or false at any stage, he/she will be disqualified and action will be taken under the Rules.
• The payment shall be made on a per-hour basis at the rates approved by the University, as per rules.
• The University reserves the right to increase or decrease the post(s) according to the need of the departments and reserves the rights not to fill/withdraw/withhold the appointment against any advertised post without assigning any reason.
• The above posts are purely on a Per Lecture/Hour Basis, for a period of one year extendable for a further period as per decision of Hiring Authority.
• The hiring will be made initially for one year and may be continued subject to satisfactory performance and requirement of the center. However, same may be discontinued at any time on the decision of the Competent Authority.
• Hiring will be made strictly in accordance with the University of Sargodha SOPs, Rules and Regulations.
