Applicant Must:

• Possess a domicile of one of the aforementioned provinces (AJK, GB, Balochistan, or KP).
• Be gender-neutral – all eligible students are encouraged to apply.
• Have a family monthly income of less than PKR 300,000. (Affidavit Required) – [Download Sample Affidavit (link if available)]
• Be currently enrolled in the 1st or 2nd Semester (Academic Session 2024-25) in selected disciplines at any Public University / College.
• For students enrolled in Public Medical & Dental Colleges / Universities, enrollment must be in the year 2024.

Scholarship Award Criteria:

• Scholarships will be awarded strictly on merit basis.
• Minimum Academic Requirements:
  • Public Sector Universities / Colleges:
    • Sciences: Minimum 70% marks in FSc./Intermediate.
    • Arts and Social Sciences: Minimum 65% marks in FSc./Intermediate.
  • Public Sector Medical and Dental Colleges: Minimum 80% marks in FSc./Intermediate.
• Merit Calculation Weightage:
  • Matriculation (SSC) Weightage: 30%
  • Intermediate (HSSC/FSc) Weightage: 70%
